Welcome to the RockyCard Portal!
Here you will be able to manage the funds on your RockyCard account including your meal plan and printing funds. You will use this portal to view all account balances, transactions and statements in the Your Account tab on the left. There you can also set up low balance notifications and report a lost or stolen RockyCard.
About RockyCard
All students, faculty, and staff are issued a RockyCard when they become part of the UNC Asheville campus community. Your RockyCard is your University ID, and is used for accessing your meal plan funds at dining locations, as well as for printing and building access, including access to the Campus Recreation facilities.
The RockyCard replaced the former University ID, the OneCard, starting on June 1, 2023. All UNC Asheville community members that have previously been issued a OneCard can continue using that card and all new members will be issued a new RockyCard. Do you need a new RockyCard?
Upload your photo by clicking the "More" tab on the left, click "Upload Your Photo", then follow the instructions. If you are a new residential student, we will print your RockyCard for you to pick up during Move-In. Commuter students may pick up your RockyCard during our normal business hours. Your first RockyCard is provided free of charge! All replacement cards are $25.
About the RockyCard Office
The RockyCard Office is located at the front desk of Governors Hall at One University Heights, CPO #1285. If you have questions about the RockyCard or need a new or replacement card, just stop by the office during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm). No appointment is necessary!
